> Member creation API enhancements, physical card visibility for organization users, and delivery reliability fixes.

## New Features

* **Physical Cards Visibility** — Organization users can now view the Physical Cards table, previously limited to admins.

## Improvements

* **Member Creation API** — Member notes, enrollment end dates, and birth dates can now be included when creating members through the API, so records arrive complete from your own systems.
* **Card Sending** — Improved program card send logic for more predictable delivery.
* **Catalog Management** — Product catalogs can now be saved before items are added.

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed member phone and email not updating when an order was created for an existing member.
* Restored duplicate checks when updating members, preventing conflicting member records.
* Prevented duplicate pending orders during background processing.
* Fixed an issue that could interrupt sending physical card batches to the printer.
* Fixed card resend after a failed delivery attempt.
