> Clearer decline reasons, physical card order tracking, and platform reliability improvements.

## New Features

* **Clearer Decline Reasons** — Declined card events now show a plain-language decline reason category, so you can tell at a glance why a card was declined.
* **Physical Card Order Tracking** — Physical card orders now show an External ID column and filter, plus a Requested By field so you can see who placed each order.

## Improvements

* **Send Cards** — Cleaner Send Cards screen with a consistent progress indicator.
* **Customer Support** — Our support team gained better tools to look into card and offer issues, which means faster answers when you contact support.
* **Performance** — Large recipient lists are now processed in smaller batches so sends stay fast and reliable.
* **Security** — More credentials and sensitive settings moved into secure storage as part of ongoing security hardening.

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed phone numbers not displaying in group member details.
* Fixed cases where updating part of a member profile could clear other fields.
* Fixed the wallet link and card design used for some card deliveries.
* Fixed duplicate resends that could occur after an order failure.
* Resolved several behind-the-scenes processing issues to keep orders and messages flowing reliably.
