# Communications

> Configure how members receive notifications and card delivery messages.

The Communications section of the iQpay platform is managed by iQpay staff. Organizations do not configure delivery channels or messages directly.

## How It Works

iQpay staff set up how cards and notifications are sent for each program. This includes:

* Which channel cards are delivered through (SMS, email, or webhook)
* What the messages say
* When notifications go out

## Card Delivery Channels

Cards are sent to members in one of these ways, based on how your program is configured.

| Channel     | Description                                                                                   |
| ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **SMS** | The card link is sent as a text message to the member's phone |
| **Email** | The card link is sent to the member's email address |
| **Webhook** | The card details are sent to your own system. Your team then delivers the card to the member. |

## Activation Links

When cards are sent by text or email, the member's activation code is embedded in the link. Members tap the link to activate their card. They do not need to enter a code manually.

## Resending Cards

If a member did not get their card or needs a new link:

1. Go to **Card management → Cards**
2. Find the member's card
3. Click **Resend** to send the link again

You can resend cards one at a time or many at once.

## Requesting Changes

To change delivery channels, message content, or notification settings for your program, contact your iQpay representative.

See the [Webhooks guide](/api-reference/webhooks) for technical details on webhook-based card delivery.
