# Dashboard & Analytics

> Monitor your program's performance in real time.

The home page is your starting point in the iQpay platform. It shows three tiles that take you to the most common tasks.

## Home Page Tiles

| Tile                        | Where it goes                                                  |
| --------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Manage Recipients**       | The members list — view, add, and manage recipients            |
| **Manage Recipient Groups** | The member groups list — organize recipients into groups       |
| **Sent Cards**              | The cards list — view issued cards, their status, and settings |

Click any tile to go straight to that section. You can also reach these areas from the sidebar at any time.

## Where to Go Next

* To add or update recipients, use **CRM → Members** in the sidebar.
* To send cards to members, use **Send cards** in the sidebar.
* To view orders, use **Card management → Orders** (Organization Admins and AP Contacts).
* To view redemptions, use **Card management → Redemptions** (Organization Admins and Users).
