Balance History

Every change to a program balance is recorded. You can review the full record at any time.

The History tab

Open a program and go to the History tab. The table shows every balance change with these columns:

Column	What it shows
Date	When the change happened
Type	The kind of activity — redemption, return, recharge, or a fee
Reason	A short description of the change
Created by	Who or what made the change
Amount	How much the balance changed
New balance	The balance after the change

Positive amounts add credits to the balance. Negative amounts spend them.

Click Export CSV to download the history as a spreadsheet. You can use it for reconciliation or share it with your finance team.
