Dashboard & Analytics

The home page is your starting point in the iQpay platform. It shows three tiles that take you to the most common tasks.

Home Page Tiles

Tile	Where it goes
Manage Recipients	The members list — view, add, and manage recipients
Manage Recipient Groups	The member groups list — organize recipients into groups
Sent Cards	The cards list — view issued cards, their status, and settings

Click any tile to go straight to that section. You can also reach these areas from the sidebar at any time.

To add or update recipients, use CRM → Members in the sidebar.
To send cards to members, use Send cards in the sidebar.
To view orders, use Card management → Orders (Organization Admins and AP Contacts).
To view redemptions, use Card management → Redemptions (Organization Admins and Users).
