Every program has a program balance. This is your supply of platform credits — funds your organization uses to cover actions in the iQpay system, such as restricted card redemptions and platform fees. When members use their restricted cards or fees are charged, the balance goes down. When you add funds, the balance goes up.
If you do not see the Balance features described here, they may not be enabled for your organization yet. Contact support at (888) 253-5667.

Where to see your balance

You can see program balances in two places:
  • Programs list — go to Program manager → Programs. The Balance column shows the current balance for each program.
  • Program detail page — open a program from the list. Use the tabs at the top: Summary, Balance, History, and Notifications.

The Summary tab

The Summary tab shows your key numbers at a glance:
  • Program balance — credits available to spend right now
  • Target balance — the amount auto-recharge refills to
  • Recharge threshold — the level that triggers a recharge
  • Low balance alert — the level that triggers an alert

The Balance tab

The Balance tab shows two amounts: Below these, the Balance settings card lets you change how the program stays funded. See Auto-Recharge.

How the balance changes

The balance updates automatically as your program runs. Common activity types: Every change is recorded. You can review the full record on the Balance History page.
